On July 2019, POLITO took part to the European Fuel Cell Forum in Lucerne, Switzerland presenting first results on the techno-economic analysis of hydrogen-based energy storage systems in remote areas.
Furthermore, REMOTE was also part of the EFCF related event, the 3rd Grid Service Markets Symposium, held on July 4th. In this framework, the work on “REMOTE project: techno-economical sizing of H2-based energy storage systems in remote areas” developed by Paolo Marocco, PhD student in POLITO, was awarded as the most innovative contribution.
